Completely made in stainless steel, sheet width mm. 160, this machine has a mixing hopper, the sheeter-kneader unit produces a laminated pasta sheet (width mm. 160, thickness mm. 5), the pasta cut unit has a tray with 3 different widths and the double sheet ravioli unit can produce up to 80 Kgs. / hour of double sheet ravioli in several shapes (see available shapes at www.raviolishapes.com). The machine comes with 2 ravioli dies, with shapes on your choice.
