Pasta Mista is a typical shape of the Southern Italy, in particular of the Neapolitan area, and has a tradition that has been handed down for years. Originally the women of the house, to use the leftover pasta, they mixed it to create tasty and appetizing soups, and the result was so good that this set of formats has become a new format.
